Very bad customer service. My son is in active duty. Went in branch to change the account . No customer was in branch but they said we have a meeting in one hour and can’t attend you . Talk to manager she also said we are busy.

Always uncomfortable going. Last time I was the teller spoke in Chinese with a supervisor when my transaction needed an approval.

I come to cash check they make wait for 45 minutes to check if everything is ok after I ask for my check they cancel the check because they they say you have to wait longer today to verify the check basically is like discrimination
