I tried to call the bank and they sent me through a long phone tree that had nothing to do with what I wanted to ask.

No ATM access at 5:05 pm on a business day? Please close this location and leave so that a bank that intends to function as a bank can take your place and I can move my investments and cash over there. Pathetic.
