Absolutely terrible phone assistance to dispute a credit card charge. You go through the menu several times and don't get any help if your problem is not within their options menu. Absolutely terrible customer service help, or should I say no help at all

Workers are incompetent and misleading. I opened an account for a coupon bonus at the guidance of one of their employees. The coupon bonus never came. I stopped by multiple times, was told by that same employee multiple times that it was coming.
