My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.

“I had a wonderful experience with staff at all the locations I had to visit on my trip.
The issue that I had was with the rental car. Two days after picking up the vehicle, I had to exchange the car due to mechanical issues. I had expected the rental of a plus car would have assured me problem free driving.
This does not mean that I will not use Enterprise in the future. I was a bit disappointed with the vehicle.”

“As I walked away from dropping off the car I realized I'd left my cell phone in the cup holder. Went back, flagged down the car I thought had been mine, no phone to be found. The manager, George, was immediately helpful and had his team look for it. Within about ten minutes they found it for me.
When he handed it back I thanked him, and his response was to apologize for the wait-- the wait that only happened because of my mistake.
I really appreciate George and his team for the level of service provided.”

Their service is so good… pickup and drop off locations are very close to the nearest public transpoet & also sometimes when i want a ride early morning, i get the car delivered to my place…

I was immediately offered a new vehicle from the same category - but when I drove out I noticed a crack in the window - so I complained again. Without any ifs or buts, I was immediately offered another new vehicle in a higher category - almost new and with demonstrably fresh service. Thanks to the man at the counter (Spanish name?) who sorted this out in such a friendly and completely uncomplicated manner”
“Our rental car was broken into while site seeing, thieves broke out the back window. I called this location because I did not know what to do. They were super helpful and had a spare car ready for us in minutes. They helped us get everything switched out and then notified us that the airport would put us into a rental like the one that was damaged. All in all it took a couple of hours out of our trip to switch the cars out but given the situation that wasn’t a big deal. Thank you to this team for helping take care of us!”
“Booked on line via Holiday Autos from the UK. Easy to do. Noted the reviews before I collected the car this morning. There were a few people in front of me in the line but moved quickly. Took about 15 minutes. The staff were very helpful particularly Sylvia who was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly service. The car was ready to collect from the parking area down the road. Very clean and much nicer than I expected. Would highly recommend Alamo. Much better experience than I had with a different company in Portland last week!”

4099 Geary Blvd, San Francisco“I had a very difficult and stubborn repair on our Prius, the Check Engine Light would come on every few weeks for the same darn code even though we’ve diagnosed and replaced multiple items on the vehicle. Stubborn enough, I gave in and reached out to SF Toyota to have them do an in house diagnosis. Making an appointment was super easy.
Here comes the exciting part, I got Chris Stone as my Service Advisor. Chris is something different, he listens, he cares, he keeps me updated and goes above and beyond. After running the diagnosis with Toyota's TechStream, they have diagnosed and pinpointed the problem to the Coolant Heat Storage Tank not holding heat. My Prius has low miles but it's an older version, it took me a while to sink in that the Coolant Heat Storage Tank needed replacement. I proceeded to have it replaced and then brought it back to have them Bleed the Hybrid Coolant System afterwards. Behold, it's been 2 months, Check Engine Light has not been on. I just wanted to Thank Chris for being so consistent and going above and beyond for me! Chris Stone is the real deal when it comes to communication. I highly recommend Chris Stone and will book him as my service advisor next time a problem arises (Hopefully not too soon though haha). Thank You Chris Stone!”

“B&W has a perfect location for convenience in the city (SF). Follow their instructions and you’ll see that they’re easy to find and it’s easy to arrange Uber rides if you need them before or after the rental. The reservation process was simple and reasonable. The drop off was flexible and quick and also easy. Jhoie was responsive, friendly, fast, and positive. The valet crew and other staff were super helpful and patient. Best of all, we thoroughly enjoyed our Jeep Sahara with its retractable roof and its improved comfort without losing the fun feel of being a jeep. They have all kinds of rental options. Customer service and the paperwork was all superb!”

“Top car rental. I went spontaneously at 8:10 a.m. and they still had cars available. The employee was super nice and explained everything to me clearly. What sets the company apart from others is that you can return the car until 11 p.m. This was not possible with all other providers. The car worked perfectly. There are a few scratches and dents on the outside, but that's not a big deal.”

“I walked in in a weekday just after the place open, but still need to wait for a long queue. it'll be much quicker if you place an appointment and arrange everything through internet. Then only basic license check needed there. It's a not big garage compared to airports rental center, but I got an American Muscle there Dodge Challenger. “This location is pretty good. They stay busy, but you know you're going to get great care from start to finish. I came here to drop off my rental car, and they were pretty helpful. I worked with Brandon, who gave me a ride back to the dealership, and also helped me move all my contents out of the car, include two big car seats. The check out process was pretty seamless and easy. Best of all- this location will upgrade for free if there are no other vehicles of the size you have covered for Insurance or your reservation. The only downsides to this location is actually getting there (since it's between two one-way streets) and also that sometimes they are so busy and short staffed that it's hard for them to answer phone calls. But hey, that's a good problem to have. I recommend this location otherwise, and will be keeping this as a top option for all my rental car needs.”
“We went on the 3-hour tour and it was so worth it! You almost feel famous as you’re driving and occasionally someone takes your picture. Also, it started raining right as we drove out, and the staff was super helpful/patient when we requested accommodations. If you want a quick tour of San Francisco where you can really immerse yourself in the bright colors and sweet smells (rather than sitting on a bus), this is the activity to do.”
