The staff in here are lovely, helpful, kind, thoughtful, and go out of their way to solve any problems. I've been a BofA customer for 30+ years and never been to a better branch

Employees are very polite and helpful. I’m a handicap so they offer me a chair nearby the counters window which was kinda nice because everywhere else I had to wait on my feet. Under staff is not employees fault, it’s company’s policy to save cost when most of the time they’re not busy.
