I was greeted by a sweet lady and she asked me for what I needed help with and quickly got me and my wife settled in. We were in line for not too long and were helped by Lorena, she was extremely helpful and very patient with us. I visited this branch to take care of a little thing and the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.I was offered tips on how to use certain features of my account. The tips solved the exact problems I was thinking about.I'll make it my preferred BoA branch.

In the future, Please be more proactive with solving customer issues. Don't let your customer's experience drop into the negative, ever. Even if you picked it up later, thats too late. The negative was already felt. Dont let us feel negative. There is a solution to everything. Find a way to make us each leave with a solution.
