The SF Audi service center recommended that I reach out to Danny and I'm so glad that I did. They were able to fix the alignment on my trunk quickly and free of charge! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a body shop again in the future.”
“My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.

“This was my 2nd time at this repair shop for an insurance claim. The shop is super communicative along the whole process, they were able to squeeze me in even with a large work order. All OEM Subaru parts, car looks and runs like new. 2 weeks in the shop is a reasonable turn around time. All parts are lifetime warranty. Nice job Selecta, its good to have my wheels back for summer road trip'n!”

“I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”
“I wanted to share my experience with Alioto's Garage they fixed my bmw bumper and left it like brand new, also they took care of me right away and explained detailed on how the procedure would be and along with my insurance Geico they sent me a rental guy to pick me up and bring me to the rental car to pick my choice, and Alioto's took care of my car sooner a day before of the day that I was adviced so it was awesome to pick up my car a day before! the car was washed and looked awesome I am very pleased with their service thank you so much Alioto's........”
“The SF Cycle Gear is my favorite motorcycle gear shop, hands down. Every time I’m here, the staff goes out of their way to help me out and share a few motorcycle stories. This last visit they helped me with a return on a faulty item. Meanwhile, Alpinestar made me jump through hoops to return an item that was completely subpar. It was a months long ordeal. Never again. They could learn something from CGSF. See you guys soon, I need some new boots.”
“I've never expected the car repair experience would be so positive ending! I am grateful that my auto mechanic told me to go here, Avenue Body Shop when I had a puddle inside the car! Despite the fact of my brand new 2018 Honda has been having several issues and incidents since 2018 including someone hit while I wasn't inside the car (happened twice) and the sun visor on driver side was "broken" from the vey beginning but the dealer told me this happened for new cars and didn't do anything. I believed him it was just tight so it's not smooth... but Ave Body Shop told me it's broken and they order new one and fixed it with just $40. (I wonder why the dealer didn't offer this?) They also took care of something other than the problem of puddle while the car was in the shop. Most of all, Noe, Joel and Janai educated me how to take care of my car with my insurance. Their team is very nice and friendly and try to help customers. I felt they are on my side I really didn't expect this kind of experience on repair shop until now; it really exists good people! I'm sharing about this shop with my family and friends and clients.”
“Spoiler alert! This review is before I have an estimate on the body work on my car. I had major damage to the front of my 2016 Mazda6. Someone backed into it. They left their number, insurance information and claim number (God bless, them. Honest folks still exist.) The insurance company gave me a list of "approved" shops. All three I needed appointments to get an estimate, two in January and the third, Giannini's, next week. The first I visited "needed" the insurance company's packet and I would have to call, bring in the packet and wait a week before they would make an appointment for an estimate. The second shop was not much better but the young lady at Giannini's who helped was so nice and had a great sense of humor. The other two shops told me after I got the estimate, it would take six weeks to two months to get the parts. When I told her that, she laughed, went to her computer, looked up the parts and said she would have them within two weeks of getting approval from the insurance company. As I said, this is pre-work but with that kind of service upfront, I have no doubt my update of this review will be shining...”

To work around an upcoming extended vacation, he also went over the top by holding my car an extra week and meeting me to return my car on a week the shop was supposed to be closed - all at no extra charge - which was incredibly kind and accommodating. “I brought my 2014 Acura ILX to have the headlights changed because I was getting tired of the yellow color of the headlight. I spoke to Vlad about it and he said they could definitely change the lights to have more of a white color (led lights) and he recommended that they put on a clear coat so that the headlight would not fog up and would be brighter. I have to say, I was extremely pleased! They did an amazing job and even though they were busy they got the car to me next day. I highly recommend the shop and will be returning for other work I want done.”
“Once again, Will's auto body shop came through with flying colors. There was something under my car near the bumper that was scraping the ground when I drive. Took my car to Will's not having any clue how much time and money this would cost me... It took about 20 minutes and didn't cost me a dime. Romeo came out, looked at it, and was honest about his opinion. He quickly got under the car and fixed the problem. DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY! I tried to pay and he refused. It is so refreshing and relieving to know there are still honest, knowledgeable, and kind car people in this City. Thank you Romeo and Martin!!”

Derek was informative and genuine, which is a hard thing to find I believe in the auto repair world. Any time I texted or called, Derek was there to answer my questions or concerns. I also got my car back two days earlier than expected so all in all, it was the best experience I have had in San Francisco for auto repair since I moved here.”

“Golden Gate Auto Body had exceptional service and such supportive staff, I highly recommend this place! I recently visited to replace a tail light and fix a dented bumper. During my first visit, I was advised to order the part myself, which I appreciate as it saved me more than $400 dollars. Not only did they efficiently replace my tail light and pop the bumper back out, but they went above and beyond in their customer care. When it came to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the $29 labor charge would be covered by the shop. It truly made my day. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's nice to be a local and will definitely return for any future needs.”
