“We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. Guillermo Franco, who is their GM, actually drove to my house to assess the problem and was on the floor trying to look at the hinge.This was majorly impressive and if I could give them 6 stars, I would - with full kudos to Mr. Franco and his team. #JustAwesome”
“I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.”

“Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”

The stove was installed by Mike & David, they did a excellent job. Both very professional and friendly. Also tested everything to make sure it was working properly. Microwave was installed by John, boy did he make a hard job look easy. Very professional and friendly also. 5 star service start to finish.”

David was a pleasure to have helping us in the store... he is knowledgeable and informed about all things BBQ and more... and provided clear and appropriate answers to all of our questions. The installers came earlier than planned but called prior to make sure we would be home.... and installed / assembled the BBQ quickly and cleaned up everything. “I brought my boss' Miele vacuum here to be serviced. They did a great job and fixed a problem with the extension for the vacuum head. They also got it done faster than anticipated and the price was fair to take care of that very expensive vacuum. He also taught me how to change the filter and to make sure it stays really clean for optimal operation. I appreciate that kind of care.”

“Well I went looking for a Christmas tree and man did they all smell really fresh! My daughter , husband & I went to the 10' Douglas Furs to find one. An Associate by the name of Chad came over and asked if we wanted to see a tree. We chose one and then another and yet another tree. This Associate was so patient. The trees were tall and heavy . He had to take off all the twine and stand them up and shake them to get the fullness of them to open up. I kept apologizing to him because we had a hard time making up our minds. We finally chose one and he took it over to have the bottom branches trimed. He then went on his dinner break. I wanted to give him a big tip but he was no where to be found. Chad was so sweet and knew an awful lot about trees. The guys packing up the tree and putting it on our car were super nice and did the job quickly and made sure no sap got on our car. I tried to give them a tip but they refused. They said it was their job and they enjoyed working for Home Depot. There used to be a Seat with Santa Clays and you can have your picture taken there. It's pretty wonderful.Home Depot is very clean and well organized. Love this store!”
“I want to give a shout out Saul over in the Valencia BBQGalore store. I went to check out BBQ's a couple months ago. I was interested in possibly getting prefabricated BBQ island for a backyard remodel we're doing. Not only did he help me with the equipment but he helped design a bad ass island over multiple visits. He also helped me save at least $1500 on the granite fabrication for the island itself. Saul was patient, kind and just provided me with top notch customer service. I would go out of my way to go see him and his team in the Valencia store. If you have any BBQ needs, go check these guys out. Thank you for all your help and we can't wait to get the island when its ready.”

“My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!”
“When I could not find a part at Home Depot, they recommended that I try Ferguson Plumbing . I did, and found them to be very helpful. They saved me a lot of time figuring out what parts I needed to reconnect a drain pipe and plug a hole in it.”
