Even with the seemingly infinite number of Amazon returns that walk thru their doors 6 days a week, the staff has always been cordial, helpful, & professional. As a customer, If you want your @$$ kissed, then maybe try FedEx/Kinkos... But they won't take your Amazon returns. So, maybe be a little grateful.

I will say everything is pretty decent. The blond employee is very friendly and gets the job done. The one issue I have is with one of the female workers who I personally witnessed, snap at customers for them not understanding a task.
