“The UPS Store has always been my go-to due to the service, friendliness, and easy processing. I just had them print several jobs for a medium-sized event, all to be completed within a few days. Including multiple sizes, posters, foam board prints, name tags, and more.Service: they completed everything earlier than quoted.Quality: every file was exactly as I presented, some even better. Even cutting, which I wasn't expecting. Staff: Aileen coordinated the big stuff beautifully and craftily. She was quick to respond, set up expectations, and all last-minute. Mari-Tina was also amazing and all of my orders were seamless, no matter who was working on them. Chuck was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with.When managing an event, knowing I don't have to worry about some of the small things is everything. Everyone instilled such confidence and capability and Im grateful for all their hard work.”

“The UPS Store in 4S Ranch is my new go to for shipping and returns.It is super clean, with a large service counter, and plenty of room for guests that are waiting to be served. Their store is adequately staffed which results in less wait times. Their staff is SUPER friendly well trained, quick, and knowledgable of their products and services. You can tell the management here cares about its staff and customers based on the quality of employees they have hired. A special shout out to Shelby for saving me hundreds of dollars in shipping costs by explaining my options. I bring this up because I nearly paid $1,000 in shipping charges at the Bernardo Center Drive location because the employee didn't care enough to tell me that there were cheaper options. And another shout out to Christian who handled my order like a pro! The 4S Ranch location also charges half what the UPS Store on Bernardo Center Drive charges for boxes, packing supplies and packing services. I learned of this when I had to ship from both locations due to lack of supplies at the Bernardo Center location. I compared both receipts and was astonished how much more the Bernardo Center Drive location charged for the same supplies and services. I have attached a copy of those receipts for reference.”

“They handled our cross-country "white glove" freight shipment of a valued antique bedroom set just perfectly. The receiving moving company said the packing was "beautifully" done. Archer and their lead packer understood the uniqueness of this set and handled it with extreme care. There were cheaper quotes but Archer's hands-on attention to our needs and their overall professionalism was worth it.”
