  Review #145, with an average of 1.2 stars, how is this location able to keep the UPS name still? The few extra miles you have to drive to ANY location is better than the disgruntled sad place that is the Clairemont UPS store.

  This is my LEAST FAVORITE business I have ever gone to in San Diego in 15 yrs. The customer service is HORRIFIC! I genuinely think they try to be jerks so people don’t go there. Gone here 3-4x because it’s in my neighborhood and I would rather go to this location but each transaction has been soooooooo bad that I refuse... read full comment

  Why is this place still in business? Tried to do the print service, showed up, and the "printer is down." Looking through the reviews, this place consistently turns people away because of alleged printer or computer issues, among other things. Go to another store.
