This UPS store is in the Omni Hotel- go up the escalators to the 4th floor. This location is merged into the business center. So it's very small and limited. I showed up at 9 am and no one was around. I waited for 17 mins before a nice man arrived. Feels like this location might be okay if you have time to wait.

Came in off the street to ship something to Alabama. Jason assisted me and was extremely kind and helpful. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
