“The Team at SGCS worked on schedule to rectify a PADM fault on my Porsche Boxster. Inspection of the brakes suggested that it was nearly time for a repair and they found a minor oil leak from an improperly install oil filter. All repairs and interactions were handled professionally. SGCS are excellent communicators and that is so important. The car was inadvertently left in the torrential rains overnight, but David saw to it that the car was not only clean upon return but he brought the car to the detailing shop next door to make sure it was spotless. A good experience overall.”

“I absolutely love the care and attention to detail this shop provides! Brittany was amazing—her phenomenal customer service skills truly stood out. Even though I was stressed and worried about my car troubles, she managed to cheer me up with her humor and kindness, making the experience much more comforting.
The continuous updates were fantastic! Being able to receive updates via text was a huge help, as it allowed me to go about my day without worrying about missing a call. Their website is also super user-friendly, giving me a clear breakdown of charges and showing detailed photos of the damages/issues with my car. It gave me full transparency and peace of mind.

Recently I took my 05 CR-V in for an inspection and I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Dave and Rick and also the quality of the work performed by Ulisess.
If you want to take your car to a place where you will be treated like family, then don't bother looking any further.
These guys are constantly busy and they have absolutely no motivation to rip you off when they already have so much business as it is. And for that reason, sometimes it might take a bit longer than you prefer to get your vehicle back... but I promise you it's worth it, because they're making sure to do a great job with every car that enters their shop.
These guys will NEVER try to upsale you on anything. They will ONLY tell you something needs to get done if it truly needs to get done. And if it doesn't need to get done any time soon, they'll tell you that it's safe to wait. Their inspection reports are thorough and honest.

Years ago, my car wouldn’t start, so I stopped by on a whim. They took a quick look, spent about ten minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem and charged me $0.
Most recently, we brought our car in for regular service. We forgot to mention that we planned to get the tires charged right afterward, yet they still knew—just by looking at the wear—that rotating the tires wouldn’t be the right call.
I trust them completely. I won’t take my car anywhere else. (My husband tried a different shop once and quickly regretted it, because that shop charged more and didn't fix our car's issues at all!)
They are truly a breath of fresh air in San Diego, where so many businesses seem more interested in taking your money than providing real service. This shop is the rare exception in town: honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
