It seems only half the gas pumps card readers work. The windshield squeegee and water smell like sewer.

Pump 7 is a card skimmer scam. The next morning a black woman from a Maryland number informed me of a $500 false charge someone did and she wanted access to my Google account to get into my wallet. I hung up and my bank blocked the charge but then I got 13 separate $.99 (Google Wolf Qanawat) charges until I blocked it.

We spent 20 minutes trying 3 different pumps. Each had its own malfunction.
It's painfully clear that no one is invested in or cares about this business. Not the employees, not the manager, and certainly not Shell.
