NXPT is the best! I love the supportive community that Dan and Hannibal have created! Plenty of options to meet your physical needs. Dafna is one of the yoga instructors and I love her Hot Fusion Yoga and my new favorite yoga is Yin Yoga to help calm my busy mind! Definitely worth a try, you'll be hooked!
