Then an amazing woman, Haylee, was able to port my number and activate the phone I thought was lost forever! She saved me and provided the most exceptional customer service I’ve ever been given. “I took my iPhone to this store (HMB Cellular on El Cajon Blvd) two days ago. It was damaged when I slammed my car hatch door while the phone was sitting right on the latch. It certainly damaged the screen severely but also a dent on the back of the phone. I was certain the mother board inside was probably damaged. The young man at the front counter, whose name I don’t recall, was extremely kind and helpful. He kept Re-assuring me that although it looked bad, it was still possible for the inside to be intact. He proceeded to open the phone and checked all inside parts in detail which took him a good hour, and told me the phone was still completely intact and that only the screen would be needed to be replaced. He replaced the screen. My phone works as well as it did prior to the damage. Thank you HMB Cellular)! I can now see why you have 382 reviews and all with 5 stars! I will certainly be referring friends and family!”

“If there was a strength of this AT&T site, it would be Customer Service, especially from Dominic! Thank you, Dominic! My old Samsung stopped working yesterday. I went to AT&T to get a new phone but I was not the authorized user to initiate an upgrade. I needed to get ahold of my parents and he let me use their landline (and even his phone!) to try and reach them. Patient. Empathic. Receptive to client's needs. Additional thanks to Jose and Omar for helping me purchase a new iPhone (switched teams lol) and putting on the screen protector and case. They helped me with Android to iOS transfer. “I brought my gaming laptop in due to a boot error. OS was completely corrupted. The technician, Darien was able to fix it. He put on new thermal paste, dusted out the laptop, backed up and restored my data, and reinstalled a clean copy of windows. He also sold me a 1TB Samsung T7 External SSD. Absolutely fantastic service all-around. I highly recommend these guys - they're friendly, professional, knowledgable and experienced. If you need your computer tuned-up or fixed, this is the place to go. Thank you guys so much!!!”
