“The store couldn’t activate my unlocked iPhone but could activate one purchased from them, this seemed like a con job. I was told “a known issue” prevented them from activating my phone. Twenty minutes turned into 45 minutes. Other then these two issues they provided ok service, the store activated the new phone I had to buy from them. Phone and network work well.”

“A lot nicer than I expected. I live down the street so I thought I would check it out. First thing I noticed was the inside was surprisingly nice. The outside of the building doesn't look the greatest tbh so it was a pleasant surprise. As soon as I walked in this chill dude named Johnny greeted me. He was informative and no pressure which was nice. He fixed my issue quickly and I was on my way. Coming in-store for anything can be a pain these days but I can say my experience was smooth”

“This the BEST Metros PCS in San Diego County, I love this location. I'll drive out of way, I'll pass other locations to get to this one. The manager knows me, I've been coming here for years, probably a decade . The Manager is the best, informational and really helpful. I went to switch service to my old phone because I broke my current phone. It took him 30 minutes, no problems. Very smooth, He showed me other phones also and I'll be back to purchase my new phone show. I recommend this location to everyone. I really like the manager, he is an example of GREAT customer service. He also OWNS his metro pcs FYI. So support his business..”
