I wish there was a note stating that at checkout. I would’ve sent to my business address or my sisters house. Picking up at the FedEx office where they hold packages is not convenient as it’s 30 minutes each way. I do have a fedex store close by, having an option to send there would be nice.”

They're always friendly, accomodating, don't make you feel like a criminal getting your important meds, work quickly to do refills, and provide that small business feel as part of the local community. “I spoke to Susan after hours on Sunday because my father had run out of his oxygen for cluster headache treatment during the weekend, and was desperate to get it refilled, as it’s the only thing that helps with those viscous suicide headaches. She spent so much time on the phone with me, and have me so much more helpful advice than all the countless hours I had spoken to different reps previously. She knew she wasn’t going to be making a sale (at least but until I need an oxygen provider, cause then she will be number ONE) on my list), but she took the time to help me to make the best possible choices and steps in coordinating my dads care and all the logistics that come with it. That 5 minutes was worth 8 hours of speaking to other companies… some even hung up on me, it was crazy.

“Awesome customer service here! I called over the morning of my discharge from Scripps La Jolla since SLJ had run out of rental pumps. I was a mess, recovering from a cesarean, had just spent 78 days in antepartum, had a baby in the NICU, hormonal, etc so just needed the process to go smoothly. And that it did! I called over and was assured that there were plenty of pumps in stock. When I arrived, the clerk greeted me right away. I asked about insurance, etc. and got everything squared away as far as payments. She let me vent to her a little about the day I was having and displayed so much empathy. She then carried the pump out to the car for me since I couldn't lift due to my c-section. When I called later to ask for more information for my insurance, she gave me very clear instructions on who I could call to get the information I needed. It was such a seamless process and I'm so happy to have gotten my pump in a timely manner.”

“Medications are never ready on time, they tell you that your prescription is ready for pick up and when you arrive they are not ready, they keep changing the dates of the prescriptions, when you call you have to wait more than 35 minutes, they always blame the doctors office for medication not being ready, or the computer system and they even blame the insurance.... I reported to a supervisor and did no good, they will tell you it won’t happen again. I report them to the insurance and they told them the same lies, I’m reporting them to med impact and see who can help me, pharmacy’s like this one shouldn’t be allowed to be open, they should loose their license.”
“I used Verio Healthcare to obtain a breast pump covered through insurance . Once they received my referral they were quick to call and schedule a delivery date . They said it could take 3-5 days but my pump arrived the next day so very fast service. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to choose which breast pump I wanted . Overall my experience was good .”
