“This Regent Pharmacy is an asset to the community. I meet Stephanie and her staffs are very patients, helpful, and answer all my concerns. The store is very organized and clean. What I love is the parking space availability. I have been going to big store and local pharmacies and regret I haven't known Regents pharmacy any sooner. I get a text message as soon as they receive the Rx and getting a call from the staff for my preferences of delivery. They will automatically call for refill reminder. As a caregiver, they save me a couple steps that I didn't need to remember and I have more time to care for my love one. I didn't know they have option for wheelchair rental. What Regent pharmacy provides was that warmth welcome greeting and a friendly conversation vs big store trying to rush you off and that long waiting in line. Our family was a recipient of Xmas gift from this pharmacy during pandemic. That's how I recall and try this pharmacy. Then it was love at first service.”

“I spoke to Susan after hours on Sunday because my father had run out of his oxygen for cluster headache treatment during the weekend, and was desperate to get it refilled, as it’s the only thing that helps with those viscous suicide headaches. She spent so much time on the phone with me, and have me so much more helpful advice than all the countless hours I had spoken to different reps previously. She knew she wasn’t going to be making a sale (at least but until I need an oxygen provider, cause then she will be number ONE) on my list), but she took the time to help me to make the best possible choices and steps in coordinating my dads care and all the logistics that come with it. “Awesome customer service here! I called over the morning of my discharge from Scripps La Jolla since SLJ had run out of rental pumps. I was a mess, recovering from a cesarean, had just spent 78 days in antepartum, had a baby in the NICU, hormonal, etc so just needed the process to go smoothly. And that it did! I called over and was assured that there were plenty of pumps in stock. When I arrived, the clerk greeted me right away. I asked about insurance, etc. and got everything squared away as far as payments. She let me vent to her a little about the day I was having and displayed so much empathy. She then carried the pump out to the car for me since I couldn't lift due to my c-section. When I called later to ask for more information for my insurance, she gave me very clear instructions on who I could call to get the information I needed. It was such a seamless process and I'm so happy to have gotten my pump in a timely manner.”
“Got 1 set if scrubs: jogger pants and top. I liked it so much that I went back a few weeks later to get another full set and spare scrub top.Mike is very friendly. Thank you. I love supporting local businesses and getting a chance to trying sizes on is a big Plus. I normally wear a size large shirt but a size small scrub top fit much better which I would have never known if I did not have opportunity to try it in person!!!”

“As soon as I walked in, the staff very kindly welcomed me asking if I needed assistance. They asked if I knew what style I wanted, I told them I wanted light pink and flared bottoms. They were very very understanding of my desire to have light pink, offered me scrubs left and right to try on. They were extremely patient and kind. One pair I wanted was a bit see through, so I ended up going with my second choice. But they were nice quality, and large variety of colors, style, pattern and even fit! They have scrub caps, pens, lab coats, shoes and even badges/pins. Very very cute one's might I add. I will definitely be coming back. Id recommend this scrub shop to anyone, and even posted to social media”
“Excellent! AAA Medical had the CPAP supplies I needed in stock for a fair price! A welcome relief after I spent hours on hold with CVS, Apria and about ten other businesses just to find out they either had no clue about the parts I needed, didn’t have them in stock and or might be able to ship them in 3 or more days… AAA Medical answered the phone promptly, knew their product line for Resmed well, verified they had what I needed and held it for my pick up the same day as I needed to get on an airplane early the next morning. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and a fair price. I definitely plan to do my supply reorders with them on the future and highly recommend them.”
“Not only do they carry a wide variety of mobility aids, but loads of accessories too. This is the largest selection of walkers, wheelchairs, rollators, scooters, crutches, canes, etc that I've ever seen. Very helpful staff to guide you through different models.There's also a huge number of bathroom adaptations, bed access equipment, lifts, ramps, and the like. Also, a lot of things to do with supplemental oxygen.”
“Big selection of scrubs for men and women. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the employees and offered assistance. I asked for a specific color of greys anatomy scrubs and I was shown every version they had. I tried them on and all worked out perfectly. I spent less than 15 minutes and the store and found exactly what I needed. Great overall experience!”

“I went to PMS to purchase some adult diapers, a bath chair, and to rent a wheelchair. First of all I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome when I entered the store by Maria. Secondly Romano was very kind and helpful in assisting me choose the right wheelchair rental for our needs. The store merchandise is well organized and the floor is clean. I will definitely come back to PMS whenever needed.”

I was seen very shortly after walking in. I met Abigail and she's a nice person & very informative. Abigail took my measurements & ask the necessary questions. “Wonderful! When I finally found AAA medical I was in a bit of a Panic. Resmed referred me to CVS, I checked Apria, and a dozen other locations. All the big stores said no or wait 3 or more days for shipping. After being on hold for an eternity. AAA Medical had the CPAP supplies that I needed in stock at a fair price. They were quick to answer the phone, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I am definitely giving them my business in the future and recommend them highly!”
“My Mother in-law's health has been on the decline over this past year and the time has come where we need to get medical equipment to assist in her daily living. From walkers to wheelchairs and now a hospital bed for home use and even though insurance and doctor's office visits and red tape galore take so much time to get anything done, we were referred to Mission Medical for our needs and Mission Medical is the bright light at the end of the very dark medical tunnel. Our first interactions were with Tina, she is courteous, knowledgeable and is on top of it all. Tina makes the calls and sets up the time for delivery and setup and she is quick to get the ball rolling. Then there's Michael! Michael is the epitome of superior customer service. He arrives on time asks to see the room where he'll be setting the bed up and like a ninja, he is in and out grabbing boxes and bed parts, a mattress and gel mattress topper. In less than an hour he is done then he goes over everything to make sure all of you questions are answered and concerns addressed. What if the bed breaks or the motor stops working? No problem, they do not repair it or send it in for repair. They simply REPLACE it, no fuss defective equipment is sent back to their supplier for them to deal with it. Mission Medical cares about their customers and don't want them waiting around for repairs they want them happy without worrying about waiting and the inconveniences that come along with it. So they are ready to deliver and setup within 48 hours of the order being placed, they have epic customer service from Tina to Michael ensuring and assuring their customers all the way through the process. Michael wraps everything up with his friendly, helpful explanation of how to operate the equipment and making sure the customer that will be using the equipment is comfortable. It doesn't get any better than this. Great service, Great quality equipment, Great customer friendly policies, GREAT JOB!!! On behalf of our whole family, Thank You Mission Medical!!!”

“Everything went really smooth. I had several diabetic shoe orders that needed to be fulfilled, and one wheelchair needing to be delivered on a specific day and time (which was accomplished). The shoes were fantastic, couldn't asked for anything better. Larissa and Kori were professional and lovely. They assisted and communicated how the insurance paper work; all the paperwork was prepared and signed as it should've been.. they were up front about what was covered and what wasn't since it was my first time here. The front desk girl, I believe her name was Angelina, was very polite and informative, she even commented on how nice I looked when I walked in. That was sweet. When I need get more supplies ordered, they earned my business. This place is tucked away in the corner of a plaza so you might miss it, but it's not hard to spot once you're there.”
