“After looking at free standing wine chillers for a while, I found Allavino from Beverage Factory. The sales support was extremely helpful, unlike competitors, in helping to choose the right unit for my specific needs. They actually directed me to a unit different than the one I called about which was less expensive and a better fit for my needs. From a customer service perspective, anyone can do well when no issues arise. I had an issue with my shipping, they were responsive and fixed the issues quickly and followed up as well. The contracted white glove delivery was excellent, and the unit is in place in my basement, balanced and ready to go. I highly recommend Beverage Factory.”

“The repairman was on time, knowledgeable and experienced.Even worked on Sunday which was appreciated. A part had to be replaced unfortunately, but he even had the piece in his truck and it was much cheaper than buying a new dryer. Got it all done in under an hour. “I had the best experience here (6/23/2024). The air-condition went out at my girlfriends home during the hottest week of the year. Our main concern was for grandma's health and wellbeing, so we quickly needed accessories for the portable AC units. With minutes before the store closed and doors closing, the manager gave grace and allowed me to shop for the items i needed. The entire team was very professional and friendly. Thank you! ? ?”

“Always a good experience at this location. There are armed security people patrolling the parking lot which alleviates safety concerns and minimizes the shopping cart theft. Their pro customers are well taken care of and they allot ample motorcycle parking spaces near the entrance. Not the best neighborhood but they are giving notice that the plan is to sustain a presence there and you can be comfortable shopping there. Nice to see they are not bailing out of the area.”
