“I can't say enough great things about this place. Kareem helped my family buy 3 appliances and much to our surprise, the total came out to less than what we budgeted! It is true that there might be a small, unnoticeable scratch or ding on the appliance (to which Kareem had to point out to us - neither my husband nor myself noticed until he showed it to us), but that minor cosmetic damage is worth the savings! The service here was impeccable, we didn't feel like we were being sold to, Kareem gave great options for us to choose from, understood what we were looking for, and was efficient during the check out process. We were in and out in an hour. To top it off, the entire staff was so kind with our 3.5 year old running around. 10/10 recommend this place and we will likely be buying/referring any and all appliance purchases in the future here! Thank you Kareem and team!

“After looking at free standing wine chillers for a while, I found Allavino from Beverage Factory. The sales support was extremely helpful, unlike competitors, in helping to choose the right unit for my specific needs. They actually directed me to a unit different than the one I called about which was less expensive and a better fit for my needs. From a customer service perspective, anyone can do well when no issues arise. I had an issue with my shipping, they were responsive and fixed the issues quickly and followed up as well. The contracted white glove delivery was excellent, and the unit is in place in my basement, balanced and ready to go. I highly recommend Beverage Factory.”
“The repairman was on time, knowledgeable and experienced.Even worked on Sunday which was appreciated. A part had to be replaced unfortunately, but he even had the piece in his truck and it was much cheaper than buying a new dryer. Got it all done in under an hour. Great service, reasonable price and a nice warranty of 90 days.Will use them again.”

“The price on my refrigerator pretty much has locked in price no matter where you go. The price is the same. I had many options and many places to go actually five but one thing is for sure I came back to Pacific sells for one reason and one reason only. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Xylina Is the most helpful, courteous, non-pushy beyond just flat out HELPFUL sales person I’ve ever come across in any situation. Along with her Manager, Charles. I honestly felt like I just bought a refrigerator from my brother and sister, NOTHING BUT KIND & HELPFUL. I can tell you now save yourself some time & running around like I did for 4 days, the customer service CANNOT BE BEATEN. So appreciative ??????

“Needed something that was in an aisle that was closed. One employee told me that I couldn't get what I needed and should wait, that even an employee wasn't allowed in that aisle, when in fact an employee in that closed aisle gladly helped me.”

The remodel was in phases over the last few years. The expertise and knowledge that Louis has offered has been of immeasurable value He spent an enormous amount of time addressing our needs and helping us with our selection. “I had the best experience here (6/23/2024). The air-condition went out at my girlfriends home during the hottest week of the year. Our main concern was for grandma's health and wellbeing, so we quickly needed accessories for the portable AC units. With minutes before the store closed and doors closing, the manager gave grace and allowed me to shop for the items i needed. The entire team was very professional and friendly. Thank you! ? ?”

“I had an amazing experience with BBQ Galore. After speaking with many other barbecue companies that tries to upsell me on grills with far-off delivery dates, I walked into BBQ Galore to find the exact grill I needed; in-stock and on sale. They delivered it for free and then worked with me when I realized that I needed a different grill for a different gas hook-up. Their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond.”

“What a beautiful shopping experience my wife and I had in the Gardening Department this past weekend for Mother's Day. Our questions about plant material and much more was answered by Joseph and Candisse and then Johnn reassured us as we checked out. Trust me, my wife and I take notice of names and service. Joseph not only answered our questioned in gardening but walked with us into the store to show us where our additional shopping needs could be met. Joseph - An extra thank you to you!! Your product was fairly well stocked in gardening and we didn't feel like we were rushed to make a decision like we usually feel when asking a question. As an FYI, 2 registers should have been open, the lines were too long.”

“IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION 10 STARS, I WOULD GIVE 11.I was blown away this afternoon by tye cleanliness and organization of the store and its employees. I actually was looking for something and an employee asked me if I needed any help. You might think this to be a common thing, but ket me tell you it is not. Some stores you go in the employees don't even greet the paying customers let alone ask if they can assist in any way.I have been to some locations where you have a very hard time with making a return, but here you are treated with respect as customer.I have to mention this because as I was looking for the store manager to comment about my enjoyable experience today in this location, the employee helping me mentioned that the manager is off today, but he offered to direct me to the Assistant Manager named Courtney.LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT Courtney the Assistant Manager.As I was approaching Courtney he was assisting one of the cashiers who had a question about a guy trying to make a purchase with cash that Courtney observed where sketchy bills.I was blown away at how that situation was handled. It was handled so professionally by Courtney abd saved the company a whole lot of money due to what that guy was trying to purchase.Courtney gave him the option to pay with a card or either we can call the authorities, to which case the man immediately left the store.Courtney and tgat Cashier deserve a raise and promotion!!!”

“I use their online checkout and in store pickup frequently. It's super easy and gives you reviews and recommendations with all the product specifications online which makes shopping a breeze. I've been there over 10 times in the past week working on renovating our new home so I am starting to know the store better which can be confusing but the employees are very helpful when asked. I wish their credit card had greater benefits but it is mostly a weak scam, other than that the store is beautiful, well kept, and efficiently operated.”

“Shawn fixed my ancient Singer sewing machine and serviced both of my vacuum cleaners. The sewing machine now works better than it has in years! All three were ready in only 3 days and the bill was exactly as he had quoted when I dropped them off. I'm very happy with his service and highly recommend him.”

“First time customer. Crazy busy with a long line when I arrived. Once I got to the front a very nice employee Jose helped me find the parts I needed. He was very patient with all my questions and keep asking questions until he fully understood what I wanted. It was a great experience , I got the parts I needed and they were perfect. Never once did Jose get impatient with me and was always friendly. I am a home owner and not a plumber. I highly recommend Ferguson on Market Street.”
“I want to thank Joanna in the paint department for being so nice and helpful. She deserves five stars but I'm only leaving four stars for the store because she was actually correcting a mistake made by another paint associate. A few days before I asked for four white paint samples. When I got them they weren't even labeled with the names of the paint and they were a different brand than I asked for. When I asked about it he wrote the names of the paint on the samples with a marker and nobody responded as to why they were a different brand. When I tried them out I realized that at least two of them were just plain white paint. I took them all back and Joanna fixed the mistake and gave me correct samples that were properly labelled and the right brand. She was great.”
