“I've had a 4-tap kegerator is service in Florida for four years. I recently moved, and when I tried to put the kegerator back in service, the refrigeration system wasn't working. I contacted a refrigeration service, and they sent out a technician to trouble shoot the problem. They found that there was a leak in the refrigeration line. I contacted The Beverage Factory and explained the situation. Bree assisted me through the process and was very helpful and professional. Since the unit was still under partial warranty, Bree was able to give me a discounted price to replace the unit. The new kegerator was delivered cross country safely and is now up and running. Everything went very smoothly, and I am very happy to have the issue resolved.

“Always a good experience at this location. There are armed security people patrolling the parking lot which alleviates safety concerns and minimizes the shopping cart theft. Their pro customers are well taken care of and they allot ample motorcycle parking spaces near the entrance. Not the best neighborhood but they are giving notice that the plan is to sustain a presence there and you can be comfortable shopping there. Nice to see they are not bailing out of the area.”
