“Appliance Depot was a lifesaver when the steam valve stuck on my five-year-old stacked Electrolux dryer and wouldn't turn off, even when the machine was turned off. I had to turn the water off to my house or otherwise the dryer would fill with water and flood my house. I had originally purchased it from Apex Appliance, but they did not have the same model nor one that would be compatible with my existing washer, so I was ready to settle for a lower quality Whirlpool washer/set that fit the measurement requirements. After hours on the phone with them and their third-party installers to arrange having them installed quickly so I could turn my water back on, I called Appliance Depot after seeing their excellent ratings and they happened to have a similar model Electrolux dryer (albeit a different color and slightly scratched/dented) in stock and would be able to deliver and install it the very next morning. Gaby was so helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful over the phone, and their installers, Marco and Jorge, were also very friendly, careful and thorough. Not only do I have the water to my house back, I also saved a considerable amount of money not having to buy both a new washer and dryer! It was an all-around pleasant experience dealing with Appliance Depot and I will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“First time I used their curbside pick up and the experience was horrible. Followed all the prompts via the app and waited for ten minutes before I went inside to see what was going on and all I got were excuses. The end result was once the order was finally pulled, palletized and loaded into my truck 40 minutes had elapsed. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole process of ordering online and messaging system to save time. The second time around was 180 degrees different! I didn't even have time to lower my tailgate before someone came out to greet me and direct me to where my truck would be loaded! Forklift was ready and waiting. Awesome experience and never had a problem with the staff just the process.”

Management is just insanely off the hook and always nice, Dee, Nick, Miguel, Mike, Etc. are always there to help and whenever I want extra hours, they hook it up! I also work part time as a EMT on a Paramedic rig (AMR), and they always are flexible with my schedule! If you're an ADRENALINE JUNKIE and love working hard, you'll love it here. All your partners are very nice, and it's VERY easy to get along with your fellow partners. If you're new here, you won't feel left out, we love seeing people join our team.
