While they didn't have the gizmo i wanted, they offered to special order it. There are lots of knowledgeable humans to offer help. I enjoy shopping here.

Although a little bit pricey compared to Home Depot, it IS SO worth it. The staff is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable about everything in their store. I used to be a “Home Depot” kind of person, but now I’m “Ace” all the way….
