“This Ace Hardware location has got to be my favorite. Am I a little bias because it's so close to me? Maybe but I have actually been to many Ace Hardware locations and this one is just top notch. One there is so much to explore here with multiple floors and I am not the most handy person but there is so much to look at and discover even cute kitchen towels with funny quotes on them. The staff here is amazing. Within seconds of me walking in the door clearly having no idea where to find super glue out of the many isles that there are, someone came right up to me to help and took me directly to where I needed to be and even showed me all of the different options to pick from. They are so helpful at this location I know when I go in for something that it'll be a quick and easy trip because the staff here is the best!”
“I honestly don't know how they did it. Yesterday I realized that I didn't have enough packers to do a project. I contacted them after 4pm and told them my problem. They must have immediately placed the order and shipped it 2000 miles to my doorstep. It arrived at 7:44 am.NOBODY has this level of customer service...”

The prices are reasonable so stock up!! Parking behind the store off the alley is available and free parking on the street too. We prefer shopping here than the big box corporate stores.”
“When we first moved to this area I was disappointed there wasn't a big box home store near us, but then I discovered Ace! I am always amazed by the selection of top quality brands they pack in their square footage (don't forget about their upstairs!). Regardless, their employees and management make the difference. They go out of their way to help you solve whatever issue you are having even if they don't sell you anything. You might save a teeny bit by driving further away, but there is value in saving time and being treated well. Good luck even getting help at a big box store! “Great source for fasteners. They have an interesting way of arranging things - find what you're looking for on a board, which is cross-referenced with shelf numbers that are marked on the floor. The bolt selection is better than anywhere else in the area, though there are some things they don't have. I'm still MUCH more likely to shop here than online, it's really important to keep places like this open. There's also a great selection of tools. Might be a little more expensive than a discount house, but within reason and you'll find what you need.”

However, now I needed a replacement can of flat, so I quickly drove over to Dunn Edwards and got one gallon of flat.Then the painters told me they needed another gallon of satin since they had put that on the ceiling. So, I made a second trip to Dunn Edwards that morning and Mark immediately recognized me and offered his assistance despite being short staffed.
