“I can't say enough about this location. I believe Lawrence is the manager and he is the best. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas and all types of wheel and tire packages. I've brought expensive $4,000 sets of imported forged race wheels, and they take the care necessary to make sure that it's done right. Their machines are clean and I'm comfortable that they stay in top working order, which is necessary when working on all types of wheels but especially expensive ones. If you have an expensive set of wheels and you would like someone who's familiar with them, they will find that person for you. I'm talking to the tuners out there... You can be comfortable here. I drive 30 minutes just to come here to work with Lawrence and his staff.”

“I recently visited Big O Tires after discovering a nail in my tire. Initially, they thought a simple repair would suffice, and I was relieved to find an honest tire shop that wasn’t trying to oversell me. Unfortunately, due to the location of the nail, a tire replacement was necessary. Despite this, it was refreshing that they didn't try to pressure me into buying more than one tire.
Their honesty and no-pressure approach were impressive. They worked quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated. My husband also had a positive experience when he needed a tire repair – his issue was resolved with a cheap and straightforward fix.
Overall, Big O Tires has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy place. The staff is great, and their honest service ensures we’ll be returning customers. Highly recommended!”
“I will give 5 STARS to Ira. He is very friendly and a super-fast oil technician. Mark is very good as well. However, I will give zero stars to the rest of the Walmart staff. Walmart should make sure there is a cashier in the checkout department in the Auto Center. It is extremely annoying to be trapped there. Customers are unable to leave that area until they pay the bill. You can track down a clueless employee several times before you get any results. Believe me, I experienced this. So did the guy in front of me and behind me. The best and most entertaining part of my last experience will follow. There was a very large man laying on top of the glass binocular case near the auto area. He was very DRUNK! He was able to obtain his keys and drive away. He also made very inappropriate comments to me. I found it very strange that not one single Walmart employee noticed him. The Walmart staff that finally showed up were not amused when the big drunk guy spilled his full Starbucks all over the floor.”

I was helping my elderly father with his vehicle and she provided excellent detail of work that needed to be done and was very honest about what is important to do sooner than later instead of doing everything all at once (due to cost). And the wait time was not that long as well. I appreciated all the help.”

“Respectful, trustworthy, kind, friendly...I could go on. I think I've been buying tires from Robbie for close to 2 decades. What a great guy. Whenever I'm at his shop cars pull up and people get out and they greet him and he greets them by name. He's like family to me and to many of his customers. I had a phone call doctors appointment yesterday and text my doctor that I'm ready for his call after I drop my car off at Robbies Tires. He replied: "Robbie is the best!" And I have to agree.”
