“Chris, the owner, is a good communicator. First he made an appointment with me so I could get in and out relatively quick, which at the dealer, I have to sit over 1 hour. Chris promptly met me at the scheduled appointment time. It was my intermediate service on my Prius, e.g., fluids, tires. He explained the tire pressure was down on all 4 due to weather. Price was certainly reasonable -- much more than my Toyota Dealer -- Chris was about 40% less. I highly recommend Finishline -- friendly and ethical owner. “My tire exploded on the freeway on the way to work last night. When it blew it detached my rear fender, causing it to be loose and wave in the wind when I drove, particularly at fast speeds, causing me to be concerned it would fly off completely. I pulled into this shop this morning and the technicians Jerry rigged the fender to stay on and look practically good as new all for free and within a matter of a few minutes. Fantastic job by the guys that helped me and highly recommend this shop and these guys overall.”
