“For work, I drove from Florida to San Clemente. When I arrived, I heard a grinding noise from the front end and took my Scion tC to highly rated Klink's. I spoke to the owner and long story short he had a new axle installed in my car in 1 day! A transmission fluid change and front brake replacement was also done. Again in 1 day. My car drives and stops buttery smooth. I then took a road trip through the Ortega Highway and then drove all the way back to Florida, that's over 2000 miles and had 0 issues. Thank you Klink's for a solid and quick auto repair!”

However, he discovered that the part was still covered under an extended part warranty, AKA Recall, even though the vehicle was out of warranty at BMW.
Max could have easily kept this information from me and charged me thousands of dollars, but his honesty reflects his character. I deeply appreciate his honesty and consider him a good man.”

“I will give 5 STARS to Ira. He is very friendly and a super-fast oil technician. Mark is very good as well. However, I will give zero stars to the rest of the Walmart staff. Walmart should make sure there is a cashier in the checkout department in the Auto Center. It is extremely annoying to be trapped there. Customers are unable to leave that area until they pay the bill. You can track down a clueless employee several times before you get any results. Believe me, I experienced this. So did the guy in front of me and behind me. The best and most entertaining part of my last experience will follow. There was a very large man laying on top of the glass binocular case near the auto area. He was very DRUNK! He was able to obtain his keys and drive away. He also made very inappropriate comments to me. I found it very strange that not one single Walmart employee noticed him. The Walmart staff that finally showed up were not amused when the big drunk guy spilled his full Starbucks all over the floor.”

“This is a one of kind repair shop. Dominic is special and I am just amazed how he helped my son and I with a recent car repair. My son is a Marine and he went out of his way I believe to repair his car and even charged way less than I was expecting and what another mechanic there in San Clemente told me over the phone when I was searching for a mechanic over there. He was straight forward from the beginning and didn't BS me which I immediately respected. I live 250 miles from there and he was more than accommodating when he he even temporarily stored my sons car after it was fixed because my son was in the field and unable to pick it up right away. Hands down this is the best experience I've had with a mechanic or a car repair shop in my lifetime. I'm not being sensational or exaggerating either. I only wish there were more people like Dominic and repair shops like Jay's car repair.”
