“I want thank and compliment the staff at Capistrano Tire & Brake. I live in Banning and was driving to pickup my wife at the daughter's house in Alisio Viejo after they returned from San Francisco. Because of heavy traffic, I decided I would take the Ortega Highway. Just as I got to San Juan Capistrano, the low tire indicator light came on and the timing was terrible, it was 4:30 PM. I checked on my phone for a place that was close and found a place 5 minutes away. I got to the place and explained my problem, thinking i had a tire going flat. I was told they were closing but there was another tire company at the next light south. I went there where the man at the desk said they close at 6:00 PM and had 4 more cars to work on. He directed me to Capistrano Tire and Brake by Trader's Joe. I got there and explained my problem. Them man at the desk took my information, the keys to the car and 20 minutes later the car was checked and fix, only problem was all tires were low on air. The man who checked the tires filled the tires and there was no charge. I am 72 years old, have a disability, but I think this is the service this company and staff always provide. It reminds me how nice people can be and took me back 60 years to the service some companies gave at no charge. Thank you today for helping me in moment of need.”

“I brought my 23 audi S4 here for an oil change, price was right only $150 keep in mind thats 8qt of synthetic oil. They didn't have my oil filter in stock and were very up front about that. The gentleman went to an auto parts store just to pick up the new filter. I would recommend this place”
