“Ordered stuff and my card was charged. The package had the correct address but USPS delivered the package to the wrong address. USPS is a disaster and I do not fault the Bookstore but they should use FedX or UPS for delivery. The package was delivered to another address and the person was kind enough to drop it off at our home, so the situation was resolved. If ordering, do not use USPS.”

“Hit "format disc" on my extended storage drive instead of my memory card. Oops. Brian ran 2 different scans and put them on a drive I provided. Most all file root systems are intact. Pretty much saved almost everything, with slightly different results on both scans. Now I'll just run Duplicate File Finder Pro and delete the dupes...and consolidate. Do a little more digging and all is good. Good service and good experience. Lucky to have taken it to him immediately. Highly recommended!”

“My son's iphone had a severely damaged screen. I have TMobile 360 coverage, but since it's under Apple Care, I had to go to Apple for repair. I set an appointment for Best Buy through the Apple website. Best Buy didn't have the parts, so they sent me to the Apple Store. My experience at the Apple Store was smooth. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They took me in as "walk in" and repair took around 90 minutes as promised.There's easy parking in a lot and on the street. Sometimes gets busy, so you might need to circle a little. Next time, I'm going the Apple Store first, if the phone within the first 2 years and it's still covered under Apple Care. No need to go the the carrier for insurance repair.”

“I don’t know why apple still keep this location open once they have another one in Stanford shopping mall just one mile away ?they are very slow and their rent is so high ! If you’d hear which they will close this location for good next year then don’t freak out because it doesn’t make sense economically! I give them 5 stars cause they still paying high rent and employees to give us services ?it’s adorable!”

We were greeted right away and offered help, but when the person assisting us looked at the iPhone the issue magically disappeared, which was awesome. He also offered me a free diagnostic to bring my macbook pro. He schedule and appointment for the same day.When i walked to itechchimp, he welcomed me and went over what he is going to do step by step, doing diagnostic to approving any parts or etc. also to mention that they will txt u along the way if you want to let you know about the process step by step.Price was reasonable too.
