I was visiting from Los Angeles and had a quiet tight schedule so I requested him to open 1 hour early through email and he gladly accepted my request. It makes San Mateo retail stores potential targets for groups of looters. So be careful and do anything you can to avoid the thieves and call 911Use a decoy wallet and purse to take out with you. Keep your money and cards in a zip up travel wallet that lays next to your body.
