The team at the San Carlos branch are excellent and quick to handle all of my banking needs. The location is perfect for me and frankly if I had to go to Burlingame or Redwood City, I would probably move my money to a different bank.

The ATM is always a broken. This is really really a problem at this machine and seems the employees inside never realize the ATM is working correctly.
