“I have never seen work done better than the guys at Five Star were able to do. When you have a simple fix, most body shops will be able to do it. But in my case, it was a very complicated job and these guys did it immaculately. At the end, you would never know anything even happened to the car; all panels, bumper and trunk were lined up perfectly, the paint job is beautiful! He was consistent in his communication whether it was a quick update or a timeline adjustment, he made sure I was always in the loop. That level of attention and care made a big difference and gave me peace of mind throughout the process.
The shop itself is very clean and well-run. The staff is courteous, and they clearly take pride in their work. My car was returned looking flawless like nothing had ever happened to it. They also finished the job on time, which I really appreciated.
