“Will 100% always recommend this place to all family and friends. Venny is super nice and accommodating. I went in to get a quote after a homeless person scratched and dented my brand new car & I trying to figure out whether I should pay out of pocket or go through insurance to avoid my insurance going up. Venny kept reassuring me that the damage was clearly vandalism & recommending that I go through insurance but still willing to do it at a good price if I decided to do it out of pocket. He told me once I decided I can drop my car off at any time. I finally decided to make a claim through my insurance and I went to drop off my car on Friday right before closing. I told Venny I had work on Wednesday early morning and would appreciate if I had my car back on Tuesday night but I was also flexible and could find accommodations if it wasn’t. On Tuesday at 4p he calls me to tell me my car is ready! I go pick up my car and it looks amazing! You’d never know it was damaged and they ended up shining my tires as well which I did not expect at all. 10/10 service! If I ever need auto body services again I will be back!”

He was consistent in his communication whether it was a quick update or a timeline adjustment, he made sure I was always in the loop. That level of attention and care made a big difference and gave me peace of mind throughout the process.
The shop itself is very clean and well-run. The staff is courteous, and they clearly take pride in their work. My car was returned looking flawless like nothing had ever happened to it. They also finished the job on time, which I really appreciated.
