This is one of the worst locations in the San Bernardino customer service is terrible they also help people before they help you even though you been here before them and no they had no appointment either

I've been trying to return a call to Justin. I've called 11 times in two days and noone ever answers the phones.Horrible customer service!!! This is another reason why I use a Credit Union.

I've been going to this Wells Fargo for a while and all the tellers and employees are always super friendly and helpful. Hailey is not. She is rude and seems like she's always having a bad day. Also if I'm being completely honest she is slower than the other tellers at completing the transactions. ;)
