“I dropped in to this branch with all types of request including a request for a strap of $2 dollar bills. There were 2 tellers on duty. They were fast and friendly. One of them was named Maria and the other one was not. One of them was the best ever!!! They were both great.I love this branch. The parking lot was clean and free of people loitering. Even the security guard was pleasant and wished me a great day as I walked out. Thank you for being wonderful ?”

“This building has a Miller Sheets mosaic.Miller Sheets was born in Pomona and around the mid-20th century was commissioned to build the Home Savings bank branches throughout SoCal. He included large-scale building-mounted mosaics that depict local history and heritage at each of the branches.There are still over 100+ of these public facing mosaics throughout SoCal. Here in the I.E. you can still find them in San Bernardino, Riverside, Redlands, Rialto, and Hemet.This one in San Bernardino at the corner of Highland and Arrowhead Ave was built in 1973 and is notable for having the large mosaic on the front, mosaic figures on the back, mosaic medallions all around, sculpture on the front corner, painted mural and stainless glass inside.”

“I beg to differ with those for whatever reasons had a or even some bad experiences in their dealings with B of A.I on the other hand remember on several occasions where people in different branches went beyond their obligations to me as a customer to help me simply because of the caring people they are.For instance I once had a bad reaction to a new medication and collapsed while waiting in a long banking line and not only did the branch manager run to my assistance; but also put me in his personal car and drove me home and stayed untill he finished talking to and fully recanting what had occurred while I was standing in line at his branch.His reactions were far above and beyond his duties and obligations and treated me with joy and concern when I returned to his branch another day.To me his actions were an act of kindness and concern for another human being but went far beyond his duties as branch manager and to this day I still thank and appreciate him and B of A for their great service over the years !”

“Chase bank has offered great service an most of tellers are awsome at there job .line to tellers can get long sometimes but tellers sure are fast ♡Place inside is always clean an feels great with A/c on..The door entrance on the middle does not work for weelchair bound disable people you must pull two doors apart to enter an can be a hassel.Coffee an water is usually served but since pandemic there has not been any . Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .”

“I would like to say after much difficult time with BofA representative on the phone, a visit in person at this branch quickly turned my experience around.I was greeted by Richard Chavez (credit solutions advisor) and he was able to quickly fix my issue in a matter of minutes.He listened to the problem, asked what my suggestions would be, and displayed his competence with professionalism, efficiency, and overall great customer service.Some of the customer “service” representatives could take a lesson from this guy. “Today I came into the branch and sat down with Maria , who helped me print out some deposit invoices. She was so sweet and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing. (I have came here the last two years to do the same thing and they literally had no idea what they were doing and it took forever) Maria had me out within 15 minutes! She was organized, she stapled my papers and she even gave me my choice of highlighter to use! She sent me home with all my stuff in a manila folder. The best customer service I've received at a Wells Fargo , at any location. You guys need to give her a big fat RAISE .”

“I had happily banked at the now closed San Bernardino Highland Avenue Branch since it's opening. The service there was fabulous-staff always willing to address any concerns. As I do much business in Redlands, I tried the Redlands branch. My first experience was with a most unpleasant gentleman teller. Subsequent visits, I've thankfully had other very pleasant tellers. I then tried the downtown San Bernardino branch; and had fine experiences. Still, the personal connections have not been felt at either location-but hoping to establish some.”
