Chronically ridiculously understaffed. Two tellers with twenty people in line avoid if you can it's always the same.

Got to the bank and the line inside was to the door so me and an older lady waited outside. A group of 5 men walked up, looked at us, laughed and walked inside. Miguel, the branch many, saw the whole thing and did nothing.
