“I'm from Sacramento and recently moved to Salinas for work. I was amazed that I could make a phone call to the bank and a live person would pick up the phone. In sacramento you get a call center and have a difficult time getting in touch with personnel from the bank. I was able to get in touch with Andrew and he's great about calling back. He scheduled me a meeting quick and broke down the details of our accounts to help us understand how we could save $$$. At the conclusion of our meeting he upgraded our accounts and had great conversations. The staff is personable and attentive.”

“First off they are not closed. I just spoke on April 2nd 2019 to Renee about a business loan at 831.663.4953 Never had a problem with them and as a matter of fact Renee has resolved problems for us that were not caused by the branch. Furthermore the drive up is fast and friendly The only thing I don't like is the security door entry as I'm a red light green light security door moron evidently but they always get me in ha and it's to prevent bank robberies so is good”
