“Shout-Out to West Market Transmissions.
My daughter’s transmission went out 150 miles from home. She had it towed to the local Volkswagen Dealer who replaced the transmission cooler ($3100 bucks, ouch!), but the transmission was also bad. They wanted almost ten grand to replace it. Told my daughter to look up a local shop. She found West Market, and they quoted her $4500-$4800 to rebuild the tranny. Alberto and his son were helpful and honest folks. A great local shop not looking to rip people off and take advantage of a young lady. Thanks Alberto, for your professional and kind service. I have a special spot for small honest auto shops, as my Dad and Grandfather ran one for 50 years. When I walked into Alberto’s shop the smell of oil and grease brought back great memories working with my Dad and Grandfather, 40 years ago. Thanks again Alberto!

“I went there for my 2010 Cadillac CTS (2x) and my 2015 Altima (2x). Always for a 30,000 mile transmission oil change. That's when I drove ~ 500 miles per week. I don't drive that much anymore but I have about 8,000 miles before my next 30 so I'll see if it's under the same ownership. I come all the way from Seaside.”

“I have been having my car repaired at Superior for 3+ years and I cannot say enough good things about my experiences. Kelly/Owner is extremely honest, dependable and has the kind of integrity that's sometimes difficult to find at other auto repair shops. During this period I also used Trustlane Auto because it was closer to my house and offered a free loaner. Big mistake!! I was told the car needed certain repairs, which it didn't and I have a whole list of other complaints that I could mention but won't at the present time.Please, beware!!!”
