I can't stand taking my car to the mechanic to have them tell me a laundry list of things wrong with my car (that don't actually need fixing), just to try to upsell. You don't get that here. “I really hate going to shops and have a hard time trusting their word. Generally I do all my own maint but occasionally I will use a shop and nine times of ten they want more to fix my car than it's even worth. This guy is great! A real genuine person who isn't out to rip you off. I called and he was close by so was at my house in less than 10 minutes! Worth every dollar and it was super affordable! “I went to All Automotive with a leaking oil pan. I had been quoted an exorbitant amount to replace the pan after visiting Matteson's in Pacific Grove. Edgar and his crew fixed the oil pan and I was out of there the same day for a very reasonable rate. The staff is friendly, the garage and office are immaculate, and I will only return to All Automotive in the future.”
“I have been having my car repaired at Superior for 3+ years and I cannot say enough good things about my experiences. Kelly/Owner is extremely honest, dependable and has the kind of integrity that's sometimes difficult to find at other auto repair shops. During this period I also used Trustlane Auto because it was closer to my house and offered a free loaner. Big mistake!! I was told the car needed certain repairs, which it didn't and I have a whole list of other complaints that I could mention but won't at the present time.Please, beware!!!”

“I took my 2006 F150 in, because it has never shifted correctly since the transmission was rebuilt 20,000 miles ago by someone else. It developed a shudder and I was sure I was looking at a $3000 bill. Nope! Jim put some magic stuff in there, changed the oil and shudder is GONE for just a few hundred dollars, and was done the next day. In addition, Jim gave me tons of free advice about the transmission on my old Jeep and even offered to just show my husband how to change a gear. Great guy, great business. Highly recommend.”
