“I was looking for a Christmas present and I went to 2 different places but the prices were way too high and the service was not good but we came here during their grand opening and found that the service is amazing. “I was desperately in need of a new pair of tennis shoes. I had just tried to buy a pair of shoes at the store across the aisle, which had just the pair I was looking for. But they did not greet me upon entering the store and pretty much ignored my presence. Even though I was standing near the checkers stand with a shoe in my hand, trying to try on my size. With only one other customer in the store and three employees on hand I figured it would be an easy process. But two employees felt it more important to discuss last week's parties. I left very frustrated and decided to step into this store. They greeted me as I walked in and although there were four other customers in there, the two employees were doing their best to attend to everyone. I applaud their tenacity to multi task. Although they did not have the exact shoe I was looking for, they had such a great variety of colors I found something colorful I really liked. Although assisting another customer, the employee quickly looked for a shoe in my size and it fit perfect. I was checked out in a timely manner and was very pleased as a customer. I would for sure go back next time I need shoes.”

“The foos working on the night of Friday 11/25 gave the best service I've ever experienced in any clothing store. The place was packed and I still felt like I was getting lots of individual help and attention, and they were all very relaxed the whole time. They helped me pick out my first pair of Empyre pants and they gave me a lot of good recommendations. One dude said I should try a 38 even though I usually wear a 36, and it looked way better. Forever grateful for this night god bless those homies.”

I had never heard of this business... however, their service exceeded my expectations for such a busy time of year AND because I ordered a shoe that was sold-out everywhere else online/in stores. I had doubts that this would actually be fulfilled. Thankfully, the process was easy and delivered as expected! Without hesitation, would plan to order from them again to give them the business although I am not local (in GA vs. CA). Had a very happy teen daughter on Christmas morning!!”

“4 Estrellas, el lugar se ve muy bien y piensas que el precio será muy alto pero realmente está a un precio cómodo y accesible, incluso me dijieron que todo el año tienen compra uno y el otro a mitad de precio. Los que trabajan ahí si necesitan un poco más de entrenamiento para trabajar con clientes ya que entras y todos están en la caja registradora haciendo nada bueno platicando entre ellos, entre y fui yo la que tube que preguntar si tenían la talla que necesitaba y cuando pregunté por la de niños solo me apuntaron donde estaban no son tan amables que se diga. Por esa razón no les doy las 5 estrellas pero el precio está bien, algunos modelos para adulto los tienen para niños así que se puede hacer matching con sus hijas. Eso si solo hay zapatos para mujeres y niñas y si hay variedad y número es medios”

“They gave a good selection of shoes and they always seem to have plenty in my size (13 mens). My only issue is they call it an outlet but it's the same prices as the regular store. They used to have better prices but I guess because if supply issues have resorted to charging full prices the are 25% higher than last year.”

“Needed some new work boots for my job with a safety toe. Usually got pull on boots and decided to try out something different. I looked up shoe stores and came across Becks. Decided to stop there and did not regret it got me some amazing Irish setter work boots. Great price and awesome quality. Been about 3 months wearing the 50+ hour a week and there been holding up amazing. Becks had awesome customer service and my size in stock. Anytime i need work boots i will not hesitate to go to Becks!”

“I had the best experience at a shopping mall! I visited the Macy's in Salinas for the very first time looking for my favorite brand name cosmetics. All of the clerks were extremely attentive even though they appeared to be short handed. I was especially grateful to Willie in the cowboy hat who looked and looked for a Shesiedo product that apparently was discontinued. He gave me a discount coupon because he knew I was disappointed. Macy's has always been a favorite but Macy's at Salinas will stand above the rest in my mind!”

“5 out 5 friendly attentive staff. I went in to buy some shoes for my son, I’m not really knowledgeable on the new trends kids use now a days but they were amazing on helping me out. When I walked in I was greeted by a young gentleman who was able to help me on finding something my son would enjoy. They have a large variety on shoes and I was glad I went in because my son was happy with the two pair I purchased. I would definitely recommend this place.”
