“Parking is great checkin staff is great the only down fall about this place is you have other appointments you might as well pick them up before coming here and also when you check in with two pickup numbers and they only load one and say they are done and there not so that means you have to sit even longer my appointment was at 5 p.m. and I checked in at 3 p.m didn't get called for a door till almost 6p.m witch made me late for my next pick up”

“Great people working in the shipping/receiving office , some of them though They might need to be retrained on proper etiquette and communication or possibly moved to a different position, This here is my interaction with one of them on 09/30/2023, so once your light turns green that doesn't mean that your bill of ladings are ready I've been told to wait on a phone call, so I checked in at 2:30 pm got a call at 5:57pm to dock trailer so I docked trailer, At about 7:25/7:30 I went on break, I got the first call at 7:47 call was missed I went into the office after my break at about 8:10/8:15, They were being very rude from the start saying they have been calling for an hour which is a lie and also apparently called my company and said that I can't go back? I didn't even do anything I went into the office as soon as I can, Attached is a clip of the interaction with a so called supervisor, So someone that immature is a supervisor, well that explains everything.”
