ATM machine is always broken they have 5 ATM, and only 2 work it been more than two weeks and still not work

The staff are on cloud nine. They don't pay attention to the customer for more than an hour sitting and waiting. Giving my turn to 2 other people.... How can I call this DESCRIMINATION

Atm's are not working at all, went this morning and there was a huge line, they got one out of four atm's working, what's going on Chase?
