“This is our second time experiencing this location and I must say all of the staff we have experienced here are exemplary in service and taking care of their customers needs and satisfaction. We had the opportunity to rent in January and again this holiday weekend both times high demands generally speaking but they have always given their best efforts and it shows definitely. The staff is pleasant, interactive and always cheerful when dealing with new, repeat or irate customers. Earlier it was Riz and his wonderful teammates who assisted us with a need for a Van and this time it was Mo, who was very jovial and conversational, gave us 3 options of 6/7/8 seater vehicle with extended luggage space. I would say the office is very neat, tidy and staff is never sitting idle as they are always at their best, attending to customers in and out. The pick up and drop off process is very quick, simple and transparent. It was a breeze for us to be in and out and we definitely will recommend this location, it's excellent staff and will return again for our vehicle rental needs.
