“Reservation was easy. We had to go to the Avis desk instead of the Budget desk for pickup but that was easy enough. The car was a little hard to find because the parking spots were not easily identifiable. The car was clean and fully fueled up. All of the car's accessories were operational. The brakes needed to be worked on. They worked well but would "grind" when applied. The rental rates were reasonable and turn in was fast as well as efficient. All in all it was a pleasant experience.”
