Terrible union! They exist to serve themselves and not those they represent. Create a separate bargaining unit for IT classifications!

SEIU 1000 goes through the motions occasionally. The contract benefits are basically unenforceable and all efforts have been made to support California political ideology as opposed to providing solid contracts and raises.

horrible negotiation. only 3% increase every year. what a joke. It is normal small increase in private sector without union. UPS union did so much better than this SEIU 1000 lazy people.
