I have emailed and called to get the billing issue resolved. Still nothing and just received a notice of lien sale for a unit that is empty and never used. The email was sent over a week ago and still nothing. They are also trying to charge for this month's rent.

Called around to a few places, the rates here were great! It's a smaller facility but customer service was outstanding speaking with Nicole and they had what I needed (other facilities didn't), I'd recommend this storage facility!
