She stayed on the phone and did everything in her power to fix the problem we had. This is what customer service and caring about people in general should looks like. “I recently went into the Bradshaw Branch of the Sacramento Credit Union for a routine matter. The Branch Manager, Veronica Anguiano, and the teller listened to my concerns about a previous computer hack. They reviewed my loans and accounts and made recommendations that saved me about $350 per month. The teller also gave my dog treats and made me feel they care. That is why I continue to use the Sacramento Credit Union for my banking needs. I wish I remembered to write down the teller name. Veronica and her staff supported me through the entire process and made the transition easy. Thank you so much for watching out for me.”
“Jorje Macias "MADE" time for me from day 1 .. Even though he was busy, he has always called me back and put time aside for me to help me with all my small needs.. He has become the branch manager lately but still makes time to serve me as a personal banker..When all other banks that I went to pushed me into a long wait with rude service, F&M was there for me and helped me on the spot.. They gave me free checking and helped me build my credit at a very low rate.. F & M bank on Florin road is the best in the business”

“I have always liked BOW and have banked there for many years. On December 6th i lost my atm card. Today is December 19th and i was told that the manufacturing of the cards is under staffed and could not give me a date when i could get an ATM card replacement. Other banks provide in-house replacement cards while you wait. This would be a major improvement if BOW would do this.”

“Sorry it took over a week to review. Lots of distractions lately, but I promised two employees a review to say: "Thank You" for being truly outstanding Chase employees. "JACOB" insisted on helping us and was determined to see our needs were met. We were buying a car nearby and needed a cashier's check. Somewhat in a hurry and not from this area of the county, "JACOB" located a cashier/teller who was able to open another window for us (they were busy) and "NICOLE" proceeded to process our transactions quickly. Both Jacob and Nicole were very friendly, sincere, and professional. Too many people complain about their bad experiences, but I see it differently. Let someone know when they go above and beyond to help you. These two awesome employees aren't making what the CEO is ... yet, they are delivering the best possible customer service they can. Appreciate them!”
“I went there to get money from the ATM and ended up going to the teller, as it was she told me where to find it for my next visit if I wanted it next time. I sat in a huge entry way with a soft couch where I can use the USB port outlet to charge my phone or work on my laptop maybe.”

He provided clear communication about all the paperwork and made the whole process seem quite easy. Stephen exemplified the type of customer care that is so rare these days. “Ms. Sharon is gonna mess around and make me leave my credit union in favor of Schools! I had a loan with Schools years ago and began receiving statements that showed I had hundreds of dollars in the account. Knowing that was incorrect, I stopped by to ask the staff to look up my account and go over it with me. I was greeted by Ms. Sharon (whom I would later learn is a manager), and another young lady. Ms. Sharon looked up my account and verified the funds were accurate, and that I put them there! She told me how to withdraw some of the monies (I didn't have an ATM or anything), made me an ATM card and then I asked about having the account closed, since I bank elsewhere. Ms. Sharon shared about the recent merger and how membership qualifications have changed, so I decided to keep the account open. I headed to the teller and was helped by Stephanie, who was very nice and provided additional information on how to manage my account. Lovely experience at Schools, I may be switching (primary) credit unions!”

I tried to come to the K street location today (Saturday) thinking I could still use the atm since this says it’s open although the branch is closed. Please update this information!”

“This is the best credit union around Sacramento and I have had membership in many. I have now been with SchoolsFirst for over 20 years! Used to be Schools Federal Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Always someone there to help you find answers to any of your questions. Employees always greet customers with a friendly smile and "hello". They even greet me by my first name which makes me feel really special. I recently encountered a situation where someone had hacked into my computer and I was concerned that the hacker may have gotten some of my financial information. SchoolsFirst customer service reps. worked and guided me through the steps needed to resolve that situation. The hacker, by the way, had not been able to get into my financial information. This branch goes out of their way to keep your account safe as well as walking you through most any financial issues you may be having. Thank you SFFCU for your great customer service!!”
