“I appreciate the assistance I receive in this branch. I've dealt with multiple folks in the bank and they're always helpful. I have a varied need for banking and have visited several of the offices in the Sacramento area. I'm glad this is the one closest to home. Many times I walk into the other locations and there's nobody at the counter, nobody to answer questions and some of the branches in the downtown area are downright dirty inside and unkempt. This location is always neat and clean, and there's always staff available to assist. Wildlife update, they replaced the ATM with the fly in the glass (see my old pictures). At least the fly never hacked my account. :)”
