“Best ACE with the nicest staff. I just moved nearby and have visited maybe 5 times in 2 weeks including to rend a carpet steamer. I later sprained my ankle and they even came out to my van to retrieve the Bissell. Everyone inside has been super helpful with keys, finding stuff, and general knowledge. Love it.”

“The best Harbor Freight store in Sacramento is the one on Auburn Blvd. Colleen, the store sales supervisor really takes care of the customers. I've bought a tool chest from another Harbor Freight store and I was missing a handle in the box. I called customer support same day and they said the part was on backorder. Customer support told me to contact the store I bought it from and see if they can get me one from another box or give me one from the display. I called the store and a guy answered, after explaining the situation he put me on hold. I was on hold for 50 minutes. I hung up and called again. This time I got a hold of a lady, she transferred me to the manager and after explaining the situation she said she doesn't want to give me the display one and wouldn't give me one from a new box. She told me to call the Auburn Blvd store instead since they have a couple of new boxes. I called the Harbor Freight on Auburn Blvd and Colleen the sales supervisor answered, I explained the situation to her then she told me to drive over and she will give me one. I drove over from Elk Grove and she took care of the handle for me. Her store manager was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. I don't understand why you can't give a handle while another store could, especially if the customer bought the item from your store.
I want to give a shout out to Colleen. Colleen is a person that puts the customers first and from now on, I will make the drive to that store for all my future purchases. Did I tell you I was so amazed by her customer service I bought another tool chest from there. Colleen helped me load it into my truck too. Please give this lady a raise. Hope this review helps other people. Sometimes it's not the store, it's the people working there that counts.”

“These guys are great! They may not be the cheapest, but their prices are fair. What I like is that they carry a lot of unusual hardware. Like ball-joint rod-ends, or copper Pop-rivets. Torx-head machine screws too. Their tools are on the pricey side, but no worse than anyone else who sells similar quality. The best part is when I need it today, they almost always have it! The guys are really helpful too.”
