“The team at this Metro location is amazing, and that’s an understatement. I went in to the store today to resolve an issue with my account and the 2 employees that helped me were the most patient people ever. Despite us having to be on the phone with customer service for about an hour, they remained patient and kind during the whole process. They made sure we were taken care of without being taken advantage of and that is something I can appreciate in a business. Thank you to you two and I will definitely be coming in soon to upgrade that phone! :)”

“This GameStop has exceptional staff that go above and beyond to help all customers. They treat all customers with the highest customer service no matter if you're able to or disabled. My adult nephew has special needs, he can't read or write and when he is on one of his long few hour walks he stops into this gamestop. The employees always make him feel like a valued customer and they always help him with games to buy, what ones are currently challenging and when he is stuck on a game he takes pictures or video of where he is stuck and then goes into the store and ask the employees if they can help him and nine times out of 10 they have the answers and explain how to get past that spot or what he might be doing wrong. So we both would like to thank all of the staff at this game stop and GameStop corporate for hiring such exceptional people. And to the last manager, Shane, who moved to another location, he is greatly missed by my nephew, because he went above and beyond to make sure my nephew felt like a fellow gamer. He was able to relate to my nephews needs and shared with us that he has a brother with special needs as well. My nephew loves his new PS5 that he bought here because of Shane treating him so good. I went on Better Music Builder website and realized that DNT store is an authorized dealer of Better Music Builder and carries a wide selection of Better Music Builder products. I have to say DNT is the best store in Sacramento and Northern California when it comes to finding your perfect karaoke system (speaker, mixer, microphones, etc). The owner is very knowledgeable and willing to give you all info you need to make any purchase and walk you through any setup when you need to buy any product from the store.”
“I had an over-the-top experience with this Rent-A Center! I was originally planning to purchase a couch from another Rent-A-Center that I had purchased a couch from last year they were extremely unprofessional they made an appointment with me I showed up and they weren't even there the entire store was closed in the middle of the day. It was my only day off so I was very determined to find a couch I reached out to this location and I was able to come in and immediately pick a couch that I loved, Vanessa was very honest with me about the material of the couch that I was originally inquiring in and that it was not good for kids. She patiently assisted while I looked up every single couch that would fit my floor plan when I found one she got me financing in minutes and my delivery is So soon that i was shocked. It took the previous location weeks to get me a couch that I purchased cash and they had in stock. Excellent customer service skills from Vanessa, I am in the best mood ever. The general manager was great also but I didn't catch her name. If you're in the Sacramento area don't waste your time on otherstores”

I don't owe anything. So the MetroPCS representative told me I need to go in and speak with a manager at the site where I came in to manually pay my 80.00. In order to fully restore my services again.”
