Just so glad to finally get one that renewed my enthusiasm for the best drink ever! This store and the one at elkhorn and watt a short distance away have recently had a reversion from the bland froth so common in recent slurpee-dom and been much closer to the divine arctic beverage that embodies the best of my childhood memories!”

“2 Installers came out and didn’t take long assemble my projector screen and mount it. They didn’t rush it, and they made sure there weren’t any creases in the screen plus they made sure both the screen and my projector were level before they completed the job.”

“Very happy with their work, The technicians were very informative on the work they will need to have done, there was no waiting list compared to the other vintage electronic repair shops in Sacramento. This shop maintenance and repaired my 1970s pioneer stereo receiver model SX-950 serviced, for the first time out of 20 years of owning the stereo. I was nervous about bringing it in at first. I purchase the stereo when I was 19 years old, and now I'm age 41, It's somewhat sentimental. The technicians were very personable and understood the sentimental value. They even helped me carry the stereo in, they replaced all the parts with the original new parts, they repair my stereo fairly quickly after the parts were ordered, It took them less than a week to repair it after the parts came in, which is really good waiting time for a vintage stereo repair and maintenance. They were really good they cleaned out my stereo internally from dust, and externally. I was so impressed by the shop, they they inform me they repair the smaller vintage televisions from the '80s and '90s that gamers like to game on. “Rick and his team are amazing. I have been in multiple times some just for questions and advice some for quotes. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn't like to quote over the phone and just through numbers at you he wants you to come in so he can see what they are working with to give the best options for you specific wants and needs. They don't try and upsell you on other items they have if you come in with your own stuff wanting an install. I took my ram there to have my old system pulled out and new installed. Rick helped me pick what head unit would work best for my wants to match the amp and subs I already had to replace my old ones and the work they did on the instal is amazing couldn't tell that they had been in and behind the dash and the rest of my trim. Recently went in again to upgrade to a new sub and again awesome help and offered me multiple options within my budget that were well worth it. Couldn't be happier with the help and work I have gotten done there. I will be recommending friends and family to go there as well as they will have my repeat business for a long time to come.”

They don't always have the best selection of phones, but that hasn't been an issue for me. Their customer service has also been very helpful the few times I have contacted them. “Well they had plenty of employees their most of them very friendly. As well as training a a couple of people as well. Their system was down again. For a program in which I was trying to qualify for. I haven't had the time to go back either been extremely sick. As soon as I can though I will be going back to see if I qualify for it. That way I can get some money back. $250 later on a plan with a phone and a tablet. So I guess will see soon enough”

I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. “I actually like Cricket wireless, but I do have one major issue with them. When my husband and I started our service with them, we got 2 free phones with the startup service. The sales clerk told me at the time, that if we didn't like our phones, or if anything at all was wrong with them, to just bring one or both of them back to the store within the first 7 days, and they would replace them for free. My husband's phone had something seriously wrong with from the very first day. I took the phone back to the store on the third day, and the sales clerk wouldn't take it back, or replace it like the original clerk that helped me said. This second clerk gave me a phone number and said I had to call this number and send the phone back to the company in order to have it replaced. This is very inconvenient for me, and it is not what the first sales clerk told me. I think that it is very important that this company honor what they tell their customers, because if they don't honor it, it makes the customer have to go out of their way to get their phone replaced, and this is not right. Now my husband has a phone that has never worked properly and we have to go through a lot of unnecessary stuff in order to get his phone replaced. Not good Cricket Wireless!”

“I ordered a pricey integrated amplifier through Bill; he was very courteous and very prompt with all communications. He also included an optional remote at no additional cost. Problems developed with the manufacturer providing erroneous shipping estimates and always assuring us that the "check was in the mail". I finally gave up and asked to cancel the order. Bill was very accommodating and processed the refund promptly. Bill has been described and honest and fair and I can very much substantiate that description. 5 stars for sure.”
