“I've never shopped here but I went in to look around. I love the randomness of this place and how everything is kinda just thrown on the shelves with no rhyme or reason. Like, u can find a leopard statue with multicolored spots next to a floor lamp with a shade made of feathers right next to the makeup caddies and journals next to the picture frames lol”
“Use mostly for my amazon returns because there clothes are pricey, however since they give you a coupon with your return receipt I usually buy something on the way out if the line isn't too long. 4 starts because it never makes since to me there's always 1 person working the register and I usually have to ask them to call for help when the line is all the down the aisle and half the people are trying to pay off there credit card bill or have questions and that holds the line up for those just trynna make a simple purchase. I've put items down and walked out because waiting 20mins with 5 people ahead of me and there still helping the same 1 person is not okay. They need more employees at the register. Or better team communication to help at the counter and not just refolding the clothes when there is a need for help.”

“It's legit. Walking in there is like stepping into a wonderland of awesome finds. They've got everything, and I mean everything, you didn't even know you needed.
Surprisingly clean and organized. It's like they've cracked the code on how to make shopping stress-free. The beauty section is a little cluttered but no mess, just pure shopping bliss.
The staff is super chill. Always down to help you out and point you in the right direction. Plus, they've got that cool, laid-back vibe that makes you feel like you're chatting with a friend, not just some random employee.
I also totally love the prices. They're insane, in a good way. You can snag all the latest trends without breaking the bank. It's like they've got some secret deal with the fashion gods or something.
So yeah, Marshalls is definitely my go-to spot. Good vibes, helpful staff, and prices that won't make your wallet cry.”

“I love both tk and tj maax stores. There's always good deals and bargains. This particular tj maax is usually well stocked, and clean. It can be a bit disorganized in the clearance section.
Staff are friendly.
I go specifically for the skin and hair care stuff. They tend to have the best deals for certain high end brands.”

“Today I went to pick up some items and of course some things that I didn't know I needed? I always find what I need at this store and am well taken care of by your (now) phenomenal staff, one of which was January who was busy working 2 different registers- she certainly has some of the best customer service skills I have seen in a while. She was busy but not rattled, smiled and greeted every customer in line. I came in found what I wanted and left with a great experiance with January at the helm. Thank you to whoever hired this young lady- she is definitely management material!!!”

“Good selection. Some stuff like shoes a little pricey...24.99 for flip flops seems a bit high, not many shoes in sizes 6.5 and lower. For some items compare at price and their price is only 15% off ...but lots of clearance. Kitchen items, organizer stuff, Toys, a wide selection of summer accessories...outdoor games, coolers and dishware picnic items. Summer clothing etc. Worth checking out.”
“Lots of stuff to buy here. There is a good amount of shoes and they may have your style but very limited in size. I went to the correct size section and only saw two HOKA shoes reasonably priced at $99 but they weren’t the right colors so I passed on them.
The dress shirt section is decent too. Brand name dress shirts for about $30+.”

“It's always a great place to find hidden treasures. You never really know what you may find or nothing at all. It just depends on the inventory of the season and the traffic of the location.I would never say Ross is a high class place to shop at its comparative to Walmart's reputation, you will find all sorts there, but as long as you realize where your shopping and that you are essentially treasure hunting, then Ross hopping is always a fun way to spend a day, including this location.”
“It's a Ross, it's like a hit or miss. I used to work for this company so I can't really complain that much because they never have enough staff and as soon as you recover ( clean up) an area it's literally messed up within 30 minutes.. This particular location I always find what I'm looking for.The cashiers are also hit or miss haha you might get a great one and you might get one that shows up just for the paycheck and nothing else. But I always cut these kids some slack, retail is hard, customers are hard, they don't pay them enough, and we are in an endemic.”

“Just a few days ago I wrote 3 stars review because staff in dressing room stopped me every time and made me count pieces I was going to try, and I felt like I was at Ross. Today I shopped at the Rack, and it was wonderful!! Staff in dressing room was amazing, nobody made me count pieces, they were smiling and very friendly. Cashiers just kept their usual 10 stars perfect customer service. Whoever fixed the issue that fast, you are amazing and thank you so much. Fingers crossed it stays this way.”
